FD 1500 AutoSeal		The FD 1500 AutoSeal folds and seals one-piece pressure sensitive mailers such as checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment notices. It eliminates the envelope and costs less for large volume mailings. It can process up to 85 forms per minute and handle forms up to 14" in length folded in a C, Z or Half fold. The hopper holds up to 100 sheets of 24# bond. The machine is 17" W x 24" D x 13" H. and weighs 82 lbs. Feed is automatic. It can handle paper weights from 20 to 28# bond (we recommend 28# for security. The recommended duty cycle is up to 4000 pieces per week. The FD2052IL

The FD 2052IL System combines a sealer with a printer (not included, selected printers only) to allow operators to print, fold and seal pressure-sensitive one-piece mailers in one process. This increases speed and document security and confidentiality (forms are not readable during processing). It accepts forms up to legal size (8.5" x 14") with a monthly duty cycle of 175,000. Fold types include Z, C, Half and custom which are set up on a user-friendly LED control panel. You can store 9 custom folds into memory.

The standard system includes the FD 2052IL High Volume Pressure Sealer and an alignment base to connect it to the printer. Options include 18" and 48" conveyors, and locking cabinets. The Standard System is $12,495.00
